A leading global provider of Engineering Design and IT Services and Solution, Apricitas Technologies’ inception triggered from the thought of creating a venture to support the Automotive /Aerospace/General Engineering Industries. Three friends - Devidas Dhobale, Ramesh Shedge and Amit Patil with 14+ years of Industrial experience in these domains, observed that the most of the companies in the global market were challenged to find skilled resources to execute the existing and future project. “There were also difficulties in getting the right suppliers with right knowledge at right place. With our technical capabilities, we support organizations to complete their critical projects with quality and on time delivery,” says Devidas.

To bridge the gap between the resources available in the market and the Industry expectations, Apricitas provides industry-oriented trainings to the candidates so that industries get the right skilled resources with cost optimization. “This way we are somehow able to help industries to resolve their resource crunch,” he says. The Apricitas team closely works with
customer to understand their expectations and set up the internal processes to meet their expectation with high quality deliverables and on time delivery. “Our targeted customers in engineering services are companies which are working in the Automotive /Aerospace/Manufacturing domain including large OEM’s and their suppliers all over the world. In training activities, our targeted audience are the prospective candidates or professionals who want to switch their carrier to the expected domain like automotive design, Automation,” he informs.

Till date, Apricitas has trained 100+ of candidates and around 75 percent candidates have been placed successfully in the engineering design field from less than two years. At present, the company has over 30 skilled resources available with them to support their clients.


With six core values namely Quality, Integrity, Trust, Commitment, Ethics and contribution that are embedded in its DNA, the company has constantly strived to provide cost-effective solutions to the customers to complete their project less than the budget of any other engineering services company. “We are providing the services to our customers with minimum turnaround time to maintain the project schedule,” he adds.
The Road Ahead
Recently Apricitas has received the Start-up recognition from Govt of India. The company is also affiliated to the NISBUD and MSSDS for the skill development program. Apricitas supports 10+ MNCs directly and indirectly for onsite projects in the field of automotive domain. Mentored by Mr. Ravhee Pawar who has 35+ Industry experience and has worked in the USA. “This helps us to connect the companies in the USA to get the business opportunities and also involve in the pre-sales activities to support us. We have another friend in Canada which will help us to understand the Canadian market for business opportunities,” he mentions.

The team is currently planning to train 500+ candidates every year by gradually incremental number and planning to place them in local and international market by providing the skill standard as per the International standard. To achieve this number, the company is likely to start training centre in 10 cities of Maharashtra in the next five years.

“In contractual employment, we are planning to maintain average30 resources at our customer location in local market and average 10 resources at overseas location in next five years. We are planning to establish an offshore design centre with 50+ resources with state of the art infrastructure as per the International standard. We are targeting the annual revenue of INR 15 Cr in next five years,” he concludes.
